A Training Assistant is needed for a position in Wayne, PA!

Our client company provides a wide variety of specialty insurance services to customers, from equipment insurance to data and cyber risk insurance. They are dedicated to keeping their customers on top of the latest risks in the modern world, doing so by providing services and over a thousand technical experts across the world. 

The Training Assistant is responsible for working with the Training team and Supervisors to develop training programs for employees. While the position is temporary, at $15 an hour, it can become a permanent position for an excellent employee!

Responsibilities of the Training Assistant include:

  • Assisting the training team with developing and coordinating training and continuous learning activities for designated employees in accordance with standards and practices. 
  • Working closely with the Training team and Supervisors to assist in identifying critical resources to fulfill training requirements. 
  • Assisting with ongoing mentoring and support to team members in developing skills and competencies required for success. 
  • Maintaining a constant company culture of encouragement, professionalism, and customer advocacy. 
  • Assisting with quality assurance activities for team members and interacting closely with the Quality Assurance Team to identify trends and training needs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent PC skills using Word, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to put together presentations
  • Working knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, procedures, and systems used within the industry is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail 
  • Able to multitask, remained organized, and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated team-working and leadership skills, along with the ability to resolve conflict
