A Training Assistant is needed for a position in Wayne, PA!

The Training Assistant is responsible for working with the Training team and Supervisors to develop training programs for employees. While the position is temporary, at $15 an hour, it can become a permanent position for an excellent employee!
Responsibilities of the Training Assistant include:
Assisting the training team with developing and coordinating training and continuous learning activities for designated employees in accordance with standards and practices.
Working closely with the Training team and Supervisors to assist in identifying critical resources to fulfill training requirements.
Assisting with ongoing mentoring and support to team members in developing skills and competencies required for success.
Maintaining a constant company culture of encouragement, professionalism, and customer advocacy.
Assisting with quality assurance activities for team members and interacting closely with the Quality Assurance Team to identify trends and training needs.
