Our client company is a tax technology provider that is committed to providing services to corporate tax professionals and has been committed since 1978. Though their tax solutions were initially paper-based, they are now cloud-based, making them easily accessible to all the big brands they deliver their services to!  

The Technical Administrative Assistant is responsible for helping transform the company’s King of Prussia team to a digital environment. Experience is not necessary for this role! This temporary-to-hire position offers $16.50 an hour.

Responsibilities of the Technical Administrative Assistant include:

  • Receiving training on how to tackle all tasks.
  • Assisting in change management initiatives on the company intranet site to update, remove, and modify content to align to new cultural initiatives.
  • Scrubbing, transforming, and updating network VPN files to Microsoft Office 365 Cloud sites (only new files will be transferred).
  • Scanning confidential legacy paper documents and employee files to a digital format
  • Cleaning up intranet records and references (going into Microsoft Sharepoint, finding errors, and fixing errors).
  • Search and replace- very manual.
  • Going through, doing some clean up.
  • Performing other related duties as necessary.
