Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently looking for SPOC (Customer Care Single Point of Contact) in Fishers, IN. These candidates are responsible for assisting customers in servicing for their mortgage. This candidate ideally will be in a call center capacity in either customer service, collection or loss mitigation.
Responsibilities of the SPOC (Customer Care Single Point of Contact):
Answering inbound calls and make outbound calls on assigned mortgage accounts that are 45 days and more delinquent.
Assist borrower with loss mitigation options and how to apply.
Assist with borrower repayment plans.
Answer all customers in a time manner and always demonstrate professionalism.
Requirements of the SPOC (Customer Care Single Point of Contact):
RECENT COLLEGE GRADUATES.
CSR experience is highly prefferred aling with any mortgage experience.
