An Entry-Level Recruiter is currently needed for a position in Hunt Valley, MD!

Our client is a top automobile insurance provider in North America. They specialize in title, electronic title, electronic lien, and auto dealer services as well specialty insurance services and insurance verification.

As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, pipelining, and support the recruitment team. This temporary position offers $20 an hour!

Responsibilities of the Recruiter include:

  • Writing and posting jobs, sourcing and interviewing candidates, running reference/background checks, and offering negotiation.
  • Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, sourcing, and following up with candidates.
  • Working closely with the Recruiting Manager to implement recruiting strategies to attract and identify top talent.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level vacancies.
  • Establishing solid relationships with hiring teams to quickly assess business needs, determine ideal candidate profile, and brainstorm/launch a hiring strategy.

  • High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
