A seasoned Recruiter is currently needed for a position in Abington, PA!

Our client company is a notable and respected healthcare organization in Pennsylvania and South Jersey area. This organizations consists of hospitals, outpatient centers, urgent cares, and physician offices. They focus on providing their patients with excellent care as well focusing on teaching aspiring medical professionals.

This temporary position, which is expected to last 3 months, will have full-time hours and a pay rate of $30 an hour!

Responsibilities of the Recruiter include:

  • Recruiting for Home Health Care, Physician Practices, Pharmacy, Clinical Departments, and Environmental positions as well as recruiting for other departments as needed.
  • Recruiting through internet searches, internet advertising, Application Tracking System, job fairs, user groups, and referrals.
  • Maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate candidates for interview times and/or interview locations.
  • Interviewing candidates over the phone and in person.
  • Identifying and presenting opportunities for each candidate based upon skill set, job requirements, geographic location, salary requirements, and overall qualifications.
  • Coaching candidates on specific opportunities as well as interviewing techniques and tips.
  • Discussing orders with Account Managers to get a clear picture of what they are look for and to formulate a recruiting strategy.
  • Entering candidate information into the database and updating daily if necessary.
  • Performing other tasks when needed.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Health Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in a comparable organization (healthcare/hospital preferred)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to proactively engage stakeholders and candidates on the phone and face-to-face
  • Skilled in organizing, problem solving, and prioritizing
  • Proficient in PCs, especially with Microsoft Office
