Candidates must have a strong background in technical capabilities and should have a recently used agile PM methodologies, however you will be working with both internal and external stakeholders  and should be able to speak to it.

How you’ll make a difference

To achieve our ambitions, we will need a Program Manager to assure the integration of programs across our enterprise Transformation Program. You would be assigned to support several Transformation Programs and will play a key part in driving transformation deliverables, creating capability for the PMI, program and operationalization transitions, and assisting with operating model development across a diverse set of business areas.

As part of the Transformation team you would work closely with the CEO and our Executive Team to operationalize the strategic direction of our company, lead deep-dive analysis on critical "needle-moving" topics, and own the portfolio of transformation programs. This is a small, nimble team with high visibility in the company and direct ownership and accountability of topics, including end-to-end oversight of transformation of the corporation in-line with the digital operating model.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • BA/BS with proven high achievement in business or related fields.  Advanced education helpful.
  • Minimum 3 years previous management consulting or strategic project management experience.  Emphasis on working directly with clients.
  • Progressively responsible experience in a global organization.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and previous experience developing data-driven analyses
  • Highly developed planning and broad enterprise perspective, with ability to anticipate outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to produce clear reports and presentations
  • Strong knowledge of MS Visio or other similar tools to document and analyze critical process flows
  • Interest and previous experience in transformational change, post-merger integration, project management office and/or operational excellence is a plus
  • Limited travel
  • PMP, PBA or other similar certifications preferred, as well as willingness to become thoroughly familiar with the profession and PMI
