A Payment Processor is needed for a position with full-time hours in Malvern PA!
Our client company specializes in managing bankrupt accounts while also maintaining security and remaining ethical. Their employees are highly experienced attorneys/leaders that are recognized as experts in the field. The company’s goal is to provide excellent service and advice to clients so that their clients can maximize their recoveries.
The Payment Processor is responsible for payment-related tasks in the office. The position is temporary and starts at $12 an hour but it has the possibility of becoming a permanent position with higher pay!
Responsibilities of the Payment Processor include:
Providing account services to customers by receiving payments and answering questions in-person or on the phone.
Recording transactions by logging cashier's checks, traveler's checks, and other special services.
Preparing currency transaction reports.
Informing customers of new services/changes to services.
Completing special requests by closing accounts; taking orders for checks; providing special statements.
Posting payments in the system and making sure all account information is up to date.
Maintaining customer confidence and protecting bank operations by keeping information confidential.
Performing other duties as needed.
Experience in AP, AR, banking, or another related field
A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and strong attention to detail
Can work full-time hours with flex scheduling (shifts include 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, and 7am-3pm)
