A self-motivated, quick-learning candidate is needed for a Merchandise Coordinator position that is being recruited for in Huntingdon Valley, PA!

Our client company is a business expert when it comes to moving products fast to point of sale. They stock and ship items across North America and strategically plan where these items should be placed in stores to optimize sales. They also provide analytic and insights services to help make businesses run effectively and efficiently.

As the Merchandise Coordinator, you will be responsible for system administration, data entry, and item and customer account maintenance. This temporary-to-hire position offer $20 an hour!

Responsibilities of the Merchandise Coordinator include:

  • Partnering with internal teams to manage corporate merchandising systems.
  • Overseeing and providing updates for customer program, item, and vendor status.
  • Supporting customer item set-up in NewCo, online customer portals, and new item form completion.
  • Providing general business support, such as maintaining the corporate merchandising systems.
  • Coordinating partners for the execution of projects (internal resources, third parties, or suppliers).
  • Creating a thorough project plan to track progress for projects and documenting how the project progresses.
  • Completing other duties when assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience (retail or grocery experience a plus!)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and follow up skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills and great interpersonal skills
  • Radiates a professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
