An eager tech guru is currently needed for an exciting Implementation Specialist position in Malvern, PA!

Our client company provides educational and data/insight services to over 2 million educators across the country! Their cloud-based platform allows organizations to access their solutions with ease, helping invigorate the K-12 industry.

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for helping clients and end-user customers and delivering appropriate solutions to them.  The ideal candidate has experience in implementation and is comfortable in a customer-facing role.  This is a contract position.

Responsibilities of the Implementation Specialist include:

  • Shadowing peers to understand the end-user point of view.
  • Completing end-to-end implementation (including requirements and configuration).
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of the K12 industry.
  • Utilizing importing and exporting tools.
  • Successfully delivering, managing, and implementing a variety of complex projects.
  • Participate in client implementations and lead requirements gathering, business analysis, system configuration, testing, and training 
  • Extract, analyze and assess client business needs and workflows and make consultative recommendations
  • Understanding client expectations and client requirements for projects and keeping accurate and appropriate timelines.
  • Configuring clients’ workflows, security roles, and rights per requirements and system administration.
  • Recommending best practices to clients based on product capabilities and business process workflows.
  • Providing guidance and technical expertise to colleagues and clients.
  • Giving feedback on existing products and contributing to the design of new product features. 
  • Researching and recommending processes and procedures to improve customers’ overall experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a role that services customers in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Excellent analytical thinking, prioritizing, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and record keeping
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, with intermediate-level Excel skills
  • A team player who works well in a collaborative environment
  • Professionally handles confidential information
