Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a contract position in Hammonton, NJ.
The ideal candidate is a person that can help support our company's initiatives related to restructuring. divestiture and acquisitions. They would also play a key role in HR annual activities such as merit budget planning, succession planning, etc. Lastly the ideal candidate is someone who would support the needs of each of our clients.
Responsibilities of Human Resources Business Partner:
Possess a deep knowledge of Organizational Development, HR Policy, Compensation and Employee Relations
Experience in driving change through programs and initiatives that support a high performance culture.
Assist in the design, development and implementation of human resources policy and procedures.
Contribute as project liaison on various HR initiatives
Provides HR consultation
Provide support and input on business unit restructures and workforce planning.
Requirements of the Human Resources Business Partner:
A Bachelors Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Personnel Administration, Business Administration
5-10 plus years of HR experience required. Business partner experience or experience across several HR specialties is strongly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong Excel skills
Strong presentation development
Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-wide HR programs, initiatives and tools at similar sized (or larger) company.
