3 month contract- possibility to hire

Location: Blue Bell, PA

Interview: Phone and onsite

                Onsite interview includes Q&A and some hands on skills tasks with laptops


  • Help Desk/Desktop Support providing level 1 & 2 phone and deskside support
  • Initial contract of 3 months, could extend or convert- (depends on the person on medical leave)
  • 8am-5pm- must be available immediately
  • Support 85 users- mostly onsite at Blue Bell- some phone support for other locations
  • No travel required
  • No on call during contract- will have on call rotation if they go fulltime
  • Must be a team player- dept is very close and share the workload. Also- must have patience and good communication with users


Help Desk Support:

  • Help Desk/Desktop Support providing level 1 & 2 phone and deskside support
  • Strong Active Directory Skills
  • Experience with Windows 2003 and 2008 Servers
  • Ability to build laptops manually (without imaging software)
  • Experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Experience training users on Windows 10 functionality
  • Basic networking skills- unlock network, password resets
  • O365 experience
  • Must be a team player
  • Strong communication skills, particularly with user base
  • Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs
