A HR Systems Specialist position is currently being recruited for in Malvern, PA!

Our client company is a storage company with numerous facilities across the United States. The HR Systems Specialist is responsible for operating HRIS and LMS systems to input data as well supporting the HR team. This temporary-to-hire position offers $20 an hour!

Responsibilities of the HR Systems Specialist include:

  • Processing all teammate changes in HRIS and LMS systems, ensuring accuracy.
  • Entering and updating all new organizational properties within the system.
  • Processing all organizational realignments.
  • Updating Teammate Files with necessary documentation and ensuring they are properly located.
  • Running reports from the LMS system as necessary.
  • Preparing new-hire onboarding material on a biweekly basis.
  • Coordinating store visits for new teammates with local DMs and Stores.
  • Creating schedules and reserving space for on-site training classes.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of data entry/administration experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with multiple HRIS/Payroll systems preferred
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Superb interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Professionally handles confidential information
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
