An HR Administrator is needed for a 6-month contract position with full-time hours in North Wales, PA!


Our client company offers consulting, development, and commercialization services across the world, having offices in over 30 countries. Since opening their business in 1990, they have delivered high-quality information and solutions to clients to help them develop life-saving drugs and devices.


The HR Administrator will be primarily responsible for helping our client company with their I9 project. They will be reporting directly to the head of the HR Service Center, and while it is anticipated that the position will last 6 months, there is a possibility that it may last longer.


Responsibilities of the HR Administrator include:

  • Being a vital part of the new I9 project.
  • Helping the office become compliant on all their I9s from across all of their global offices.
  • Performing heavy administrative work.
  • Using MS Office to complete most tasks.
  • Consistently updating the HR Manager and Compliance Team.
  • Working full-time hours (typically 9am to 5:30pm, but the company is flexible.)
