An Executive Administrative Assistant is currently needed for a Part-time position in Bryn Mawr, PA!

Our client company is a water utility provider that services millions of people in the United States. They understand the importance of water as a resource and strive to maintain sustainable business practices.

As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting a C-level/high-level member of the company with necessary tasks. You will be working approximately 20 hours a week, and, ideally, are very flexible! This temporary-to-hire position offers between $28 and $30 an hour.

Responsibilities of the Executive Administrative Assistant include:

  •        Managing the calendar and email of appropriate member.
  •        Accommodating to assigned member’s business needs.
  •        Typing up correspondence.
  •        Making travel arrangements.
  •        Completing expense reimbursements.
  •        Preparing Board Documents.

  •       Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  •       Minimum of the 3 years of experience in an administrative/personal assistant role (working under CEOs and executives ideal)
  •       Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google-based Products (Mail, Calendars, Docs, Sheets), but also works well with physical documents
  •       Strong organizational, analytical, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills
  •       Professionally handles sensitive material
  •       Highly polished, sociable, and competent
