Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Data Entry Clerk for a Contract role in Cherry Hill, NJ
The ideal candidate would have 2-3+ years data entry experience and previous customer service experience. The ideal candidate would have previous financial or banking experience and a high attention to detail. This candidate should be computer savvy, organized, and able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:
Amend banking errors and credit and debit the customer accounts
Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities
Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, faxing, coping, and database systems
Compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
Requirements of the Data Entry Clerk:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) are required, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred
2-3+ years data entry experience is required
Previous financial/banking/mortgage industry experience is preferred
Must be organized and have a high attention to detail
Must be customer service oriented
Must be computer savvy and be able to navigate Microsoft Office
