Customer Care Representatives are needed for Direct-hire positions in San Dimas, CA!

Our client company is a leader in mortgage services in the United States. They have been providing mortgage solutions to a variety of clients since they opened 25 years ago, offering their clients only the absolute best service. Their private firm is fast growing, having over four thousand employees, and they’re looking for new talent to join their team!

Customer Care Representatives are responsible for assisting customers with their mortgage. This may include helping in a call center capacity, whether it be in customer service, collections, or loss mitigation. This position is full time and offers $35K a year!

Responsibilities of the Customer Care Representative includes:

  • Making inbound and outbound calls from the Message Center and responding to customer requests within established time lines in order to maintain service level expectations and deliver quality service to customers.
  • Explaining company policies and procedures to customers patiently and calmly.
  • Providing information and knowledgeable assistance regarding mortgage loans by retrieving loan information and providing customers their information quickly and efficiently.
  • Providing written and verbal responses to customer inquiries as needed.
  • Providing customers with information and assistance with their mortgage loans 
  • Keeping non-public customer information confidential 
  • Maintaining detailed customer records.
  • Building customer relationships by listening to customers and providing solutions for their issues both accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Additional job duties as assigned.
  • Completing 6 weeks training from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
  • After training, being able to work an 8-hour shift as assigned between the hours of 10:00am to 7:00pm (hours are subject to change).

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Minimum of one year of customer service related experience
  • Previous mortgage call center experience a plus!
  • Computer proficient
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast paced, ever-changing team environment
  • Able to work Saturday rotations
  • Able to work overtime should business needs dictate
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
