Customer Service Representatives are needed for Direct-Hire positions in Fishers, IN!

Our client company is a national leader in mortgage providers. They have been providing mortgage solutions to a variety of clients since they opened 25 years ago, offering their clients only the absolute best service. Their private firm is fast growing, having over four thousand employees, and they’re looking for new talent to join their team!

Customer Care Representatives are responsible for helping customers with their mortgage, including helping in a call center, customer service, collections, or loss mitigation capacity. The ideal client is outgoing and customer-minded! The position starts at $14 an hour but can be raised based on skill and experience.

Responsibilities of the Customer Care Representatives include:

  • Answering inbound call and making outbound calls to discuss mortgage loan delinquencies with customers.
  • Informing customers that all regulatory requirements are met by explaining policies and procedures to them patiently and calmly.
  • Providing customers with information and assistance with their mortgage loans. 
  • Keeping non-public customer information confidential.
  • Maintaining detailed customer records.
  • Building customer relationships by listening to them and providing solutions for their issues both accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Performing additional duties when assigned.

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A minimum of 3 years of customer service related experience
  • Previous mortgage call center experience is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills 
  • Can work overtime or Saturdays if needed
  • Attending 6 weeks of training from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Upon completion, the candidate must be able to work 8-hour shifts between 8 am and 8 pm (including one Saturday per month).
  • A proficient multitasker and problem solver with good interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual a plus!
