An Administrative Assistant is needed for a position in West Deptford, NJ!

This Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting sales and customer service organizations for the Clean Air Division. This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $30 an hour!

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant includes:

  • Performing administrative duties such as running reports, managing calendars, and completing other office tasks.
  • Completing preventive maintenance requirements for equipment, calling for repairs when necessary and maintaining equipment inventories.
  • Providing information to clients and other personnel by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintaining the supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, and placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects.
  • Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized with great analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
