Accounting Administrative Assistant

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an Accounting Administrative Assistant for a temporary position in Philadelphia, PA.

Accounting Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional front-line customer service to all individuals interacting with the credit card program and/or accounting in general.
  • Manage the credit card program for 800+ cardholders and reviewers including:
    • Manage and audit employee credit card applications and charges.
    • Responsible for ordering credit cards, coordinating card replacements and update credit limits.
    • Conduct credit card trainings
    • Research, track, and resolve problems with the credit card system.
    • Compile, document and resolve questions with the monthly audit log
    • Audit the program to ensure cardholder compliance
  • Assist with the financial audit
  • Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time.

Accounting Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Bookkeeping/Accounting experience a plus
  • Customer service skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.
