A Workforce Analyst position is currently being recruited for in Jacksonville, FL!

Our client company is a leading insurance company in the United States. Initially starting in Georgia, they now offer protection products and services in all 50 states. Their goal is to provide Americans with financial security by minimizing the threat of unforeseen circumstances.  

As the Workforce Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing current company functions to make optimizations. This temporary-to-hire position offers $17 an hour!

Responsibilities of the Workforce Analyst include:

  • Analyzing call volume.
  • Forecasting to reduce overheads.
  • Working to increase customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Preparing daily reports of attendance of staff members.
  • Managing schedules.
  • Ensuring there are adequate resources for all departments to meet goals.

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel (especially reporting)
  • Previous related experience
  • Excellent analytical skills, forecasting, organizing, and scheduling skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
