Training Support Administrative Associate

A Training Support Administrative Associate is needed for a 5-month contract with full-time hours in Fort Washington, PA!

The Training Support Administrative Associate is responsible for helping the Training Systems Administrator and performing clerical work. The ideal candidate pays great attention to detail, is a go-getter, and is extremely organized! While the position is currently 5 months, it has the possibility of becoming permanent for an excellent employee!


Responsibilities of the Training Support Administrative Associate include:

  • Supporting the person in the Training Systems Administrator role.
  • Working specifically in in-house system LMS software (previous experience not necessary).
  • Entering new hires and terminations into system.
  • Maintaining electronic training folders (save PDF to folder on secure drive).
  • Filing paper training records.
  • Reconciling paperwork with electronic documentation.
  • Preparing for audits and pulling employee training histories.
  • Performing ‘Help Desk’ duties, including resetting passwords, updating course registrations, and resolving issues.
  • Working full-time hours: Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week).

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in the field
  • Strong data entry experience in a regulated industry
  • A general understanding of regulated industry
  • Articulate, detail oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
  • A creative, critical-thinking problem solver who can easily multitask
  • Flexible and can adapt to changing priorities
  • Great team player and can achieve shared objectives
  • Excellent listening skills in order to identify and anticipate training needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
