A Salesforce Administrator is needed for a contract to hire, 6-month contract in King of Prussia, PA!

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and training of employees of Salesforce and other applications on the Salesforce platform. The position lasts 6 months and is $90 an hour but has the possibility of becoming permanent and increasing in pay!

Responsibilities of the Salesforce Specialist include:

  • Utilizing Salesforce administrator skills to continuously deliver business solutions while maintaining existing functionality.
  • Creating solutions to inefficient workflows.
  • Understanding, analyzing, and improving upon the business systems in place as well as integrated applications.
  • Maintaining required documentation and proactively identifying improvement opportunities through systematic measurements and analysis
  • Partnering with management, analytics, and end-users to create and manage Salesforce functionality including workflow rules, data validation, and process builders.
  • Developing and creating customized reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Managing daily administration of users, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types and page layouts in Salesforce.
  • Driving consistent sales goal setting processes and design of sales incentive plans and partnering with cross-functional teams and sales leadership.
  • Working with business intelligence and management to create dashboards to help provide insight into business performance.
  • Acting as a SME in the discovery and investigation of critical production problems.
  • Maintaining and supporting custom objects, formulas, validation rules, workflows, flows, process builder, approvals, and assignment rules.


  • A./B.S. or equivalent degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of operations, project management, or quantitative analysis experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing, configuring and administering Salesforce
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
  • Salesforce certification highly desirable
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning desirable
