A Recruiting Coordinator position is currently being recruited for in North Wales, PA!

Our client company offers consulting, development, and commercialization services across the world, having offices in over 30 countries. Since opening their business in 1990, they have delivered high-quality information and solutions to clients to help them develop life-saving drugs and devices.

This Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for assisting recruiters by scheduling interviews, gathering candidate information and documents, and entering necessary candidate information into the company’s system. This is a temporary position that has the ability to go permanent! The position offers $18 an hour.

Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator include:

  •        Arranging interviews with candidates and ensuring any travel is organized in line with company policy.
  •        Preparing all necessary interview and assessment paperwork and ensuring it is provided to managers ahead of scheduled meetings (interview templates, resumes, etc.).
  •        Updating the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) system, ensuring interview details and relevant comments are recorded.
  •        Assisting with other recruitment duties and projects as necessary.
  •        Building and maintaining strong relationships with the business, ensuring that they are continually updated on the recruitment processes.
  •        Resolving questions in an accurate and timely manner.
  •        Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  •        High school diploma/GED (Bachelor’s preferred)
  •        Experience working as an administrator in a professional environment (within recruitment ideal) or other relevant experience
  •        Experience using Taleo preferred
  •        Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
  •        Works well is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  •        Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and related packages
