Our client company is marketing and advertising company that specializes in pet healthcare and medicine.

The Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining workplace morale and implementing improvements to current processes. This position offers an annual salary of $150K!

Responsibilities of the Operations Manager include:

  • Encouraging the company and its employees to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives.
  • Testing the effectiveness of current internal processes.
  • Providing timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the company, including project estimation and workflow efficiency
  • Leading the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
  • Conducting lead integration of operational processes with our UK office and key partners.
  • Partnering with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accomplish organizational objectives.
  • Motivating, mentoring, and leading a high-performance team.
  • Recruiting and retaining team members.
  • Professionally representing the firm with clients and business partners.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of operations management experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in advertising (agency preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability in financial planning and analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Great at organizing, multitasking, and strategic planning
  • Working knowledge of Workfront ideal
  • Previous Pharmaceutical or Animal Healthcare ad agency experience a HUGE plus!
