An Installation Administrator is needed for a Temporary-to-hire position with full-time hours in Dresher, PA!

The Installation Administrator is responsible for supporting client onboarding processes, participating in plan set-up, and delivering superior service to clients. The position pays $16 an hour and is currently temporary but can become permanent for a great employee!

Responsibilities of the Installation Administrator include:

  • Protecting, securing, and handling of all confidential data held by the company to prevent unauthorized access, improper transmission, and unapproved disclosure of information that could harm to the company or clients.
  • Managing assigned tasks to meet or exceed departmental service goals and partner-specific service levels for quality and timeliness.
  • Providing timely and professional verbal and written communication to internal/external parties for both payroll setup and plan installation support.
  • Coordinating and educating external clients on the appropriate payroll submission method and reporting tools.
  • Coordinating proper setup for vendor submission files and working with payroll vendors as applicable.
  • Creating key components of plan implementation, including (but not limited to): plan staging of key plan setup events, preparation of materials for client distribution, and quality control audits.
  • Performing updates to various internal tracking systems to ensure accurate tracking of installation milestones.
  • Monitoring internal department’s completion of tasks, within the implementation plan, by the scheduled date.
  • Collaborating with team members to continuously improve implementation processes.
  • Providing input to Installation Coordinator and Management on potential client issues or implementation delays.
  • Proactively escalating potential risks to appropriate leadership staff that impact either service satisfaction and/or financial liability.

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 2 years of industry experience in financial services or retirement services environment
  • Strong operational background with experience working in fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge base of ERISA, DOL and IRS regulations, and plan documents
  • Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills to communicate with anyone in the company
  • Outstanding computer literacy with recordkeeping systems and trust systems
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software applications, specifically Word and Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
