Title: Information Technology Support Specialist

Reporting to the Manager of User Support Services, the Technology Support Specialist will be responsible for answering phone calls and entering tickets into our ticket system, ServiceDesk Plus and remoting to user’s computer using remote desktop tools. They will also be responsible for occasionally providing on-site floor support.
Day to day responsibilities include:
Supporting Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, end-user client applications such as Microsoft Office, and third party applications.
Researching issues when no known solution exists.
Participate in IT on-boarding for new hires to familiarize them with IT policies, procedures & processes.
Remotely supporting end-users.
Understanding of standard support desk procedures, usage of the help desk to self-assign incidents and work towards successful resolution of end user issues
What we are looking for:
Strong customer support skills
2 years of experience in an IT support role
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 2007/2016 and Windows 7/10
Basic understanding of Active Directory
Strong verbal and communications skills
Ability to work independently
Certifications are a plus
A genuine passion for learning
A willingness to travel on occasion
Recent college graduates are welcome!
Experience with document management systems and law firm experience is a plus
