A Human Resources Talent Coordinator is currently needed for a position in Bryn Mawr, PA!

Our client company is a water utility provider that services millions of people in the United States. They understand the importance of water as a resource and strive to maintain sustainable business practices.

As the HR Talent Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, HR Management and HR Business Partners and communicate with all levels of the company. This position offers $20 an hour!

Responsibilities of the HR Talent Coordinator include:

  • Assisting the Talent Acquisition in all aspects of full-cycle Recruitment and Employment.
  • Handling the requisition routing process from initiation & creation through routing & approvals. 
  • Running and providing various reports on open positions.
  • Update organization charts.
  • Preparing employment related letters and other correspondence/documents.
  • Processing invoices for the HR Department such as temporary agencies, pre-employment testing, advertising, and assessments.
  • Routing confidential employment related forms and information within department or to other departments for processing.
  • Partnering with HR Management to maintain accurate and updated data in the applicant HRIS System.
  • Creating and generating reports using employee Onbase and applicant HRIS systems.
  • Taking on special assignments and tasks for HR professional staff as directed.
  • Coordinates special projects when necessary.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED
  • Minimum of 2 years HR experience with emphasis on recruiting and onboarding
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (will be considered in lieu of experience)
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience running reports and navigating an HRIS system a plus!
  • Keeps private/sensitive information completely confidential
  • Great interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
