Executive Administrative Assistant

A self-motivated candidate is currently needed for an Executive Administrative Assistant position in Philadelphia, PA!

Our client company is a non-profit tourist company. They envision tourism as a way to create jobs and fuel the local economy, and they are constantly advocating for the betterment and transformation of the community.

The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for writing copy, communicating throughout the company, and performing clerical work. This temporary position offers $25 an hour!

Responsibilities of the Executive Administrative Assistant include:

  • Drafting and typing general correspondences (e-mail blasts, memos, charts, tables, graphs, presentations, business plans, etc.)
  • Proofreading written copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes when needed.
  • Performing data entry and clerical support as needed, including making spreadsheets and writing meeting notes.
  • Communicating with other departments and external parties.
  • Coordinating executive communications, such as taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
  • Organizing activities for all retreats, meetings, reception dinners, luncheons, travel arrangements, and other events.
  • Performing other related tasks as assigned to role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s degree a plus!)
  • Previous experience working for C level executives (CEOs, CFOs, COO, etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google-based Products (Mail, Calendars, Docs, Sheets) and similar web-based programs
  • Strong organizational, analytical, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills
  • Thrives in a busy atmosphere
  • Professionally handles sensitive material
