Customer Service Phone Representative

 

Are you a current grad looking to get your foot in the door with a well-known and established company? Look no further! Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Phone Representative position in Wilmington, DE!

This branch of the company is entirely focused on tackling the financial needs of customers. We offer financing in the form of both retail installment sales contracts and leases for products. We are constantly changing our industry regarding products and our drive to move into the future both technologically and environmentally!

Our Customer Service Phone Representatives will primarily be managing customers’ inbound calls but they will also perform administrative duties. The ideal candidate is outgoing, has strong interpersonal skills, and has the desire to bring the best service to customers. The position starts at $14.00 per hour.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Phone Representative include:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, account status and problem
  • resolution
  • Answer customer questions and resolve problems
  • Process correspondence in an accurate and timely manner
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned
  • Strengthen legal and operational compliance by strictly following all
  • company policies and procedures
  • Build organizational skills to manage resources and locate references
  • to maximize efficiency
  • Contribute to increasing Customer Satisfaction scores

 

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service oriented with high emotional intelligence
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office
  • Can type 60 WPM
  • Can efficiently prioritize tasks, multitask, and problem solve
  • Prior customer service experience a plus!
