Our client company is a division of a large, automotive company. The division is entirely focused on tackling the financial needs of the larger company’s customers. They offer financing in the form of both retail installment sales contracts and leases for their products. The company is constantly changing the automotive industry in regard to their products and their drive to move into the future both technologically and environmentally!

The Customer Account Representative is responsible for high-volume calling and helping customers with their overdue accounts. This position is perfect for applicants who are self-motivated and eager to learn! While this is a long-term temporary assignment with no guarantee for a full-time position, it is possible that a position may open. The Customer Account Representative will receive $14.50 an hour!

Responsibilities of the Customer Account Representative include

  • Making/receiving outbound/inbound calls on accounts that are 5 to 44 days past due and assisting customers with bringing their accounts up to date.
  • Identifying the root cause of customer delinquency and generating effective solutions for the company and customer.
  • Delivering excellent customer service skills, especially to callers.
  • Meeting company and department goals and benchmarks.
  • Maintaining an upbeat and positive attitude!

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a huge plus!
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, especially when it comes to scheduling
