The Benefit Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customers’ issues and assisting with client pension and/or health and welfare plans using web-based systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate can start as soon as August 14th! The position is currently temporary at $15 an hour (or $15.50 for bilingual candidates) but can become permanent for a superb, customer-minded employee!
