Administrative Assistant (Part Time)

Chester Springs, PA 19425 | Contract

We are currently assisting our client to fill a Part Time Office Assistant opening for a Residential Community in Chester Springs, PA.


Location: Chester Springs, PA 19425

Start Date: Within the next two weeks of May

Duration: Contract through summer – most likely early September

Work Shift: 25 hours - M-F, during normal business hours

Interview Process: Phone interview then in person interview with hiring manager

Pay Rate: $14 - $15/hour

Job Duties:

  • Answering incoming calls from current and prospective residents
  • Create Community Announcements
  • Create various community communications via web and print
  • Tracking and Filing Resident documents
  • Following up on resident inquires
  • Conduct pre and post event walk throughs at various clubhouses
  • Work with community members to uphold HOA policies
  • Support the Byers Station Executive board as requested
  • Ability to work part-time hours, with flexibility as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in an office setting
  • Will take a recent graduate for this just looking for summer work if they can start after Memorial Day and work through the summer
  • 2-4 years of Administrative experience required
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills especially Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Must have own reliable transportation
