An Accounts Payable Processor is currently needed for a position in Plymouth Meeting, PA!

Our client company is a healthcare advocacy company that partners with businesses to produce personalized solutions for their employees. They have received outstanding consumer satisfaction ratings due to their focus on building relationships with members and helping develop new plans with them when any changes arise. 

As the Accounts Payable Processor, you will be responsible for handling invoices, processing approval requests, filing, and other necessary duties. This temporary-to-hire position offers $15 an hour!

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Processor include:

  • Processing and sending out approval requests.
  • Scanning invoices.
  • Performing weekly check runs.
  • Keeping in contact with vendors and responding to questions/concerns.
  • Maintaining files and records to keep information updated and easily accessible
  • Coding invoices to the proper G/L accounts and ensuring that G/L accounts per Purchase Orders are accurate.
  • Performing Special Accounting related tasks/projects (such as payroll, expenses, and others).
  • Overseeing all the company’s accounts payable communications.
  • Completing 1099 maintenance.
  • Assisting in month-end closing procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of related A/P experience and general accounting knowledge
  • Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline preferred
  • Proficient data entry skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
