An ATM Funding Specialist is currently needed in Newark, DE!

Our client company is the largest banking company of its kind in the Delaware region. They provide comprehensive financial services, including commercial banking, retail banking and cash management, to various kinds of customers!

The ATM Funding Specialist is responsible for overseeing ATMs, making sure they are fully stocked and working properly, and the cash provisioning process. The ideal candidate is diligent, accurate, and has great attention to detail! This temporary position offers full-time hours and $18 an hour!

Responsibilities of the ATM Funding Specialist include:

  • Executing authorizations for off schedule cash loads and requests for inventory use.
  • Handling approval of the emergency cash reserve for vendors and customers and arranging for the replenishment of those reserves.
  • Creating wire transfers to correspondent banks and/or verification of wire transfers necessary to fund daily cash orders.
  • Preparing and executing general ledger transaction batches to post daily ATM funding and other cash provisioning activity.
  • Researching and resolving all cash order issues.
  • Distributing electronic notifications to customers and armored carriers of cash orders received and processed.
  • Assisting customers with cash ordering via phone or e-mail.
  • Performing maintenance to the eCash Trash system to maintain accurate profile information for customers, cash sources, and service providers.
  • Running reports and analyses of the previous day’s activity in correspondent bank accounts to perform necessary tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED (some college preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Accounting and/or bookkeeping experience is preferred. 
  • Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and analyzing skills
  • Excellent PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Proficient basic mathematical skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to business needs
