Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Talent Acquisition Coordinators for Contract to Hire positions in North Wales, PA.

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

  • Work in compliance with internal policies and recruitment best practice while demonstrating an awareness and adhere to culture which centers around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance
  • As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting customer needs
  • Take proactive ownership of all third party suppliers including all communication, agreeing terms of business and processing of fees.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate interviews with candidates and other multiple interviewers in a time efficient and cost effective way in line with recruitment metrics, ensuring any relevant travel is organised in line with travel policy
  • Prepare all necessary interview and assessment paperwork and ensuring this is provided to managers ahead of scheduled assessment (for example; interview templates, candidate CVs etc)
  • Ensure the Applicant tracking database (Taleo) system is updated to record interview details and relevant comments
  • Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking system with candidate, third party details, merging duplicate agency information and inputting re-submissions where required ensuring a high level of accuracy is maintained

Requirements of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Minimum of 2 years of working as a successful administrator in a fast paced, professional environment, preferably within recruitment / or relevant experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work and communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levels with a high attention to detail
  • Have a proactive and methodical approach with the ability to work to key targets, work under pressure and within tight timelines
  • Ability to plan, co-ordinate and prioritise multiple tasks successfully, working independent within a compliant and regulated business and within a team environment
  • Strong PC proficiency including Microsoft Office and related packages with experience of using Taleo preferred
  • The ability to balance high volume with accuracy
