Full-time Sourcing and Screening Coordinator to identify and screen candidates for job openings we have available. The positions needing to be filled will be contract and perm. Must be comfortable speaking to candidates on the phone.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Locate qualified candidates through a variety of tools and methods.
2. Call candidates and pre-qualify their skill set based on the job requirements.
3. Gain commitment from candidates and submit resumes for assigned roles
4. Follow up with candidates
Qualifications and Skills
1. 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service
2. A willingness to succeed
3. Coachable, quick learner, attentive to detail, and able to multitask
