Reporting Specialist (Entry Level)

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Reporting Specialists for Contract to Hire positions in Dresher, PA.

This position is responsible for providing timely reporting, trend analysis and technical support to our Financial Partners, Relationship Management team, Business Development Consultants, Regional Vice-Presidents, and Executive Leadership.   The role requires interaction with our institutional clients, and may include extensive interaction with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Trade and other areas within Client Services.  Administrative responsibilities make up a small part of the position as well.

Responsibilities of the Reporting Specialists:

  • Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm 
  • The I-Client philosophy and the Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always® should be visible in your actions on a day to day basis showing your support of our organizational culture.
  • Provide partners with timely and accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reporting requests as required.  
  • Work with Relationship Managers to develop new reporting as partners are on boarded.
  • Respond to partner inquiries related to reporting.
  • Provide executive management with client/Relationship Management reports.
  • Support Relationship Managers, Business Development Consultants, Regional Vice-Presidents, and Strategic Partners with ad-hoc reporting needs as necessary and as time permits. 
  • Work in conjunction with the above departments to identify new value-added reporting needs and continually streamline and improve the quality and efficiency of reporting processes.
  • Provide an analysis of reports, not just static data, to identify trends and pull key observations to the surface for the report audience.
  • Apply a quality control process/review to all reports produced before they are delivered to the end user.

Requirements of the Reporting Specialists:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS-Office applications including Excel, Access and PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to analyze data integrity.
  • Commitment to quality and focus on data integrity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets and creating formulas.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of record keeping systems and retirement plan concepts preferred. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently without significant direct supervision.
  • Must be detail oriented and be able to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines.
