Contemporary Staffing is currently recruiting a Relocation Specialist for Contract position in Concord, CA. You will be responsible for accepting referrals from third party management companies for per-marketing, destination and inventory properties.
Responsibilities for the Relocation Specialist: I:
Places referral with agent and ensures customer contact is made in a timely manner.
Tracks follow up with agent utilizing required client forms for home finding and ensures that Broker Market is completed and returned to client for home sale referrals.
Tracks updates for referrals on ongoing basis, ensuring accurate and timely information is received from agent regarding status, pending and final sales and reports same to referral source
Acts as a liaison between agent and third party client and assists with problem solving issues that arise.
Handles data entry into multiple systems.
Requirements of the Relocation Specialist: I:
1+ years of experience in the Relocation Industry
2+ years of experience in a customer centric business environment with administrative responsibility
Excellent data entry skills with a strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
