Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently seeking Recruiters for Direct Hire opportunity in Newark, DE.

The ideal candidate should be an organized strong multi-tasker, who is self-motivated with great customer service skills. They should handle high stress situations with ease, and thrive in a busy environment. They should have a proven record of personal and professional achievement and able to master modern technologies as needed. A strong candidate should have the ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and an ardent desire to help a business grow.

Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

  • Assess the requirements for open positions and needs of the hiring manager.
  • Establishes and maintains proactive communication with department regarding recruitment sourcing strategy and applicant flow for open positions.
  • Review applicants who have applied via the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies, plans, and tactics to attract passive and active candidates.  
  • Build recruitment marketing campaigns specific to the job opening. 
  • Maintain communication with applicants throughout employment process.
  • Pre-screen applicant for objective job requirements and conducts behavioral event interviews to determine individuals fit for the organizations culture.
  • Make hiring recommendations supported by facts and engages hiring managers in discussion to exercise influence to ensure that sound/defensible hiring decisions are executed.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records appropriately documenting in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements of the Recruiter:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in Human Resources required
  • 5 years of Recruitment experience preferred.  
  • PHR preferred.
