Requirements of the Receptionist:

    Serving as the first point of contact for guests and visitors in person as well as via phone in a friendly and professional manner, and managing the reception area
    Accessing, editing, and maintaining applicant records via Viewpoint
    Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail/deliveries
    Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
    Ordering front office supplies and keeping inventory of stock
    Demonstrating dependable, regular attendance
    Effectively operating the facility phone and paging system
    Communicating and functioning productively on an interdisciplinary team
    Ability to sit, reach, speak and hear for extended periods
    Qualities required to succeed in this position include:
    Proficiency in MS Office Suite
    Impeccable customer service orientation
    Ability to speak, read, write and understand the English language
    Seeking a degree in a business related major
