The ideal candidate should have previous experience processing purchase orders and processing invoices. A strong candidate would be organized, have a strong attention to detail, and have excellent communication skills. This individual should have strong math skills and an analytical mind-set.
Responsibilities of the Purchase Order Clerk:
Will be managing purchasing orders and entering into purchase order system
Role is will spending 80-90% of time entering details into system
Will be creating and sending RFP packages
Interacting with vendors and all levels within Real Estate
