Office Clerk

Cherry Hill, NJ | Contract

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Office Clerk for a Contract role in Cherry Hill, NJ.

The ideal candidate would have previous Office Clerk or Mailroom experience.  This candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service skills.  A strong candidate would be proficient in Microsoft Office suites and computer savvy. 

Responsibilities of the Office Clerk:

  • Receiving and sorting incoming/outgoing correspondence and mail
  • Deliver mail throughout the building to all levels of employees
  • Collect outgoing mail and packages and post for shipping
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and employee requests regarding mail
  • Other duties as requested

Requirements of the Office Clerk:

  • HS Diploma; required, Bachelor's Degree; preferred
  • 2+ years administrative/office/clerical experience
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a mail room is strong preferred
