The ideal candidate would have previous Office Clerk or Mailroom experience. This candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service skills. A strong candidate would be proficient in Microsoft Office suites and computer savvy.
Responsibilities of the Office Clerk:
Receiving and sorting incoming/outgoing correspondence and mail
Deliver mail throughout the building to all levels of employees
Collect outgoing mail and packages and post for shipping
Respond to telephone inquiries and employee requests regarding mail
