Work with clients remotely on system issues and troubleshooting in a service desk environment
Be part of a cloud computing team who multi-tasks effectively and organizes service requests according to priority and maintains information in case management system
Collaborate with other Systems Engineers on technical solutions

Flexible schedule to accommodate shared 24x7 on-call coverage
Configuration of Cisco firewalls (ASA), switches, and routers
Configuration and troubleshooting of ACLs, VLANs, NAT/PAT, site-to-site and client VPNs, trunking, communication circuits, and routing
Configure networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
Integration of the network to various devices in data centers (SANs, hypervisor hosts, physical servers, load balancers, etc.)
Must have 3+ years’ experience working in the IT industry
Possess college degree or equivalent technical experience
CCNA certification or equivalent preferred
Platform Experience Desired:
Working knowledge of wireless networking concepts
Strong knowledge of multiple network topologies, protocols, and media including switching, static/dynamic routing (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), VLANs, Ethernet, MPLS, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, firewall, DMZ, VPN, and IDS are skill requirements.
Understanding and configuration of security intrusion concepts and all layers of the OSI model
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
Work well with other members of the team and our customers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
Good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to details.
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
