Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for Medical Call Center Representatives for a Contract to Hire role in Mt. Laurel, NJ.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years experience in a high volume medical call center. Candidates who have worked in a medical office responding to phone calls are also strong candidates. They should have excellent communication skills and a very strong phone presence with a strong customer service mindset. These candidates should have previous experience speaking with doctors and hospitals and have some knowledge of medical terminology.
Responsibilities of a Medical Call Center Representative:
Answer 200+ calls per day from doctors and hospitals
Respond to inquires and concerns in a timely manner
Schedule medical appointments, procedures, ect.
Assist with maintaining pertinent information
Understand and assist with benefits inquires and concerns
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements of a Medical Call Center Representative:
HS Diploma; required
2+ years medical call center experience is required
Previous experience speaking with doctors and hospitals is required
Must have excellent communication skills
2+ years call center experience is a plus
Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and organized
