Marketing Specialist

Plymouth Meeting, PA | Contract to Hire

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Assistant Payroll Managers for Contract to Hire positions in Horsham, PA.

Responsibilities of the Inbound Call Center Agent:

  • Following existing standards and procedures for project documentation; creating/documenting standards and procedures as required and prepare/deliver regular project status reports.
  • Work collaboratively with Legal/Compliance to ensure all marketing assets are compliant and manage the storage of completed marketing assets.
  • Develop/oversee implementation plans that effectively control project implementation and post-project completion; conduct post-implementation review and document findings.
  • Formally document and communicate any changes to the approved project plans/processes
  • Develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, scope, staffing, roles and responsibilities, scheduling, quality, identification of risks, contingency plans, management plans, procurement needs and allocation of available resources including personnel.
  • Execute plans to completion, on time and on budget.
  • Consult with management and review project ROI documentation to determine goals, time frame, funding limitations and procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of resources. 
  • Assist with development, communication and execution of marketing programs to internal departments. Assist with proofing materials in other media for accuracy. 
  • Successfully manage numerous projects simultaneously while meeting firm deadlines
  • Work directly with the regional and branch management to initiate, lead and support marketing campaigns/initiatives
  • Assist in the oversite, analysis and growth of New Penn’s email and social marketing programs by collaborating with marketing and retail senior leadership to develop targeted campaigns that drive increased visibility and market share.
  • Manage automation of all campaigns hosted through various platforms
  • Assess campaigns on weekly/monthly basis and track opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze and interpret participation reports on automated campaigns
  • Support branch managers to encourage better participation and penetration of campaigns in local markets
  • Research industry trends (for video, mobile, social media, etc) and propose strategic content and delivery improvements to increase reach
  • Provide face-to-face training as required
  • Provide support for various company initiatives on an as needed basis

Education and Experience Requirements  

  • Four (4) year undergraduate degree
  • Minimum 3 years marketing experience required, 5-7 years desired 
  • Mortgage or Financial Services experience a plus

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements  

  • Strong understanding of the mortgage market of financial services industry is a plus
  • Excellent copy writing skills
  • Ability to manage at both the strategic and operational level, must be a doer first and a delegator second.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management systems (CRM), Photoshop a plus and web marketing/technologies is a plus
