The ideal candidate would have previous clerical experience to include filing, faxing, scanning documents as well as data entry experience. This candidate would have strong communication skills and customer service ability. This candidate should be proficient to advanced working in Microsoft Excel. A strong candidate would thrive in a high volume, fast paced environment with an attention to detail and organization.
Responsibilities of the Collateral Specialist:
Checking on loan status for Hurricane Andrew/Irma victims
Report on findings in Excel spreadsheets
Creating and entering data into Excel spreadsheets to better assist customers and lenders
Speaking with lenders and customers on a daily basis
Other duties as needed
Requirements of the Collateral Specialist:
HS Diploma; required
Previous mortgage/banking experience is strongly preferred
Must have proficient to advanced skill set working with Microsoft Excel
