Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Inbound Customer Care Representatives for Contract positions in Jacksonville, FL.

The ideal candidate should be an organized strong multi-tasker, who is self-motivated with great customer service skills. They should handle high stress situations with ease, and thrive in a busy environment. They should have a proven record of personal and professional achievement and able to master new technologies as needed. A strong candidate should have the ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a strong desire to help a business grow.

Responsibilities of the Inbound Customer Care Representative:

  • Report to work as scheduled 100% of the time.
  • Maintain a productive state, ready and available for consumer contact, according to a per-minute schedule for 98% of schedule.
  • Actively engage in a quality customer service conversation on average 75-100 consumers via phone daily.
  • Protect and secure customers’ personal information
  • Follow a tailored quality process formula without deviation, absent express approval, with every consumer contact.
  • Aptly key orders into a database with 100% accuracy.
  • Process interactions, tailoring packaging of products and services to consumers’ needs
  • Efficiently toggle between internal and client-facing systems while continuously engaging consumers
  • Study and maintain an expert knowledge of products and services available to consumers
  • Operate effectively as a service professional in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Follow all regulatory rules for order processing, delivering the best customer experience for consumers in the industry
  • Exercise sound business judgment in accordance with company rules, policies, and guidelines

Requirements of the Inbound Customer Care Representative:

  • Must be a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various employee levels from direct service personnel to executives across diverse cultures.
  • Exhibits professionalism in the workplace
  • Use of Standard English
  • Contact Center Customer Service experience preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of computers, both desktop and laptop
  • Established commitment to an organization with previous work history with 1 organization at minimum 6 months
