Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Human Resources Coordinators for Contract to Hire positions in King of Prussia, PA.
The HR Coordinator will provide administrative HR support to the HR organization. This position will have the opportunity to learn the employee life-cycle within a fast-paced and rapidly growing organization and participate in company-wide projects or initiatives related to the HR strategy (i.e.- colleague engagement programs, HR workflow efficiencies, colleague/manager policy support, etc.)
Responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator:
Maintain data changes in HRIS system and organizational charts;
Administer the TARF process for employee updates to the HRIS/Payroll system;
Respond to HR inquiries while demonstrating a high level of urgency and follow through;
Support managers and colleagues interpretation of general HR-related policies and procedures;
Maintain HR filing system to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and SSAE-16 requirements;
Coordinate the dissemination of employee HR communications;
Provide general employee benefits administrative support;
Support the talent acquisition, learning & development, and HRBP teams within the HR organization as needed;
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Human Resources Coordinator:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications or related field is required.
Demonstrated experience in a customer or client services environment.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
