Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Help Desk Representative for a Contract role in Mt. Laurel, NJ.
The ideal candidate would have at least 3-5 years experience in an IT Help Desk role. This candidate would have advanced Microsoft systems experience and have very strong computer skills. This candidate would also be customer service oriented and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities of the Help Desk Representative:
Works with customers to resolve questions and issues in the IT realm
Documents all inquiries and related technical items in a database
Assigns cases and recommends priority
Follows-up on open cases
Generates and maintain User IDs for customer systems
Troubleshoots basic system issues and fully documents the process
Assists Help Desk Analysts with properly documenting and submitting basic system issues
Keeps leadership informed through weekly reports and monthly meetings.
