Data Entry Clerk

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Data Entry Clerks for a Contract position in Philadelphia, PA.

The ideal candidate should be an organized strong multi-tasker, who is self-motivated with great customer service skills. They should handle high stress situations with ease, and thrive in a busy environment. They should have a proven record of personal and professional achievement and able to master modern technologies as needed. A strong candidate should have the ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and an ardent desire to help a business grow.

Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:

  • Read and route incoming mail. Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail, faxes and various packages.
  • Compose and type routine correspondence. Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports.
  • Maintains product database and performs data entry.
  • Establishes, maintains and updates filing system for the Q.A. department. Retrieves information from files when needed.
  • Make copies of correspondence, reports or other printed materials for distribution.
  • Order and maintains office supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate and manage testing for all of Unique brand new, existing, and licensed items for U.S. and Canada.
  • Review Final packaging Artwork
  • Review Debit Notes: Initiates Debit memos and MDA
  • Review QA-Alerts
  • Track National Account return data and test costs.
  • Assist QA National Accounts Coordinator with completing & submitting TRFs and uploading reports within National Accounts internal systems.
  • Coordinate transition, development and management of digital test reports and invoices.
  • Supports inputting weights and dimensions data.
  • Develop and utilizes a system that validates supplier s response to test requests.
  • Develop and maintains a summary of items that have missing or incomplete product spec sheets.
  • Perform daily maintenance of product specification sheets.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements of the Data Entry Clerk:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Prior experience in a quality assurance environment preferred
